TGIF?

TGIF.. or should it be TGIH?  MH bought some HAM!!  Needless to say he gave me a few pieces and its almost as good as chicken (Almost.. but not quite).

A sad day

After reading bout Inigo and Patches, I couldn't think of much to say that hadn't been said.  Then I saw a post over at Iza, Ayla, and the Big things blog.. and I had a idea..    When you can't find the right words, maybe a picture will say it for you.

 

Finally Friday!

Sorry we haven't been around much lately but we're working on being around more.  Usually if not much is going on we don't post much, and with the colds moving in earlier this week I've been working on staying warm (Laying on the cable box has become a necessity thanks to MH keeping the heat low).

Did I mention MH got me a new fabric house!?  I'm already wearing it out sleepin on it and stashing my toys in them.

Terrific Tuesday

Ahhh.. weather is turning cold, but sleeping under the desk is warm.. but sleeping on the comforter is soooo warm (Especially when someone forgets and sleeps with the window open at 50 degrees).  So far everything is staying normal (Well... as normal as things can get around here).  We've been checking blogs and trying to keep up to date.

Terrific Tuesday

You know how people say cats love playing with laser pointers?  Well, I got home this morning to discover that Myst had removed the link from the bottom of the pointer and was having more fun with that.  

You would think MH was curious at first, til he realized what I was playing with.  He's kinda scary when he laughs, but we spent almost 30 minutes playing (I bet the neighbors thought we have a elephant in here).  I hope you all have a excellent Tuesday!

Sleepy Saturday

Now that the weekends started (Finally MH is getting some time off) we're gonna have some fun.  He was muttering something earlier about chicken alfredo (I like the chicken and sauce.. the pasta not so much).  Don't worry... I only a little bit of human food, just to see what he's made and to make sure he made it right.  I hope everyone has a purrfect weekend!

Meezer Monday?

Back in September of 2006, I came home from work (on a Monday morning) and saw a young cat meowing on the breezeway of my apartment.  He looked in good shape so I took him inside and gave him some of my roast beef sandwich and some milk, then since he looked to belong with someone I took him back outside.  About a hour or so ago I heard him yowling outside and went to check on him.  It had been raining all weekend and I found him curled up in a plant trying to stay dry and singing about how he wanted a home.  Who could resist this cute face? 

After making a stop at Petsmart with him to get the basics, we settled in and have been together every since.  To this day I'm still glad I took Mystery in.

Myst:  I'm glad to.  Oh!  He found out that my former family moved out the Friday before he found me, they just left me outside and drove away.  I much prefer being with MH though (Don't tell him that though)

Its been a long week and I could use some sleep.  Mysts already ahead of me and dead to the world asleep on the bed.  Think I'll join him.

We decided, finally, that after all the time of reading everyone elses blogs.  It was time to start our own.  Introductions are in order, so to borrow a page from Iza and Ayla...  

Mystery: My name is Mystery and The Big Thing shares the apartment with me.
MH:  He left out the parts about hunts for food, cleans the box, buys new toys and.. Hmm.. I forget anything?
Mystery:  Wielder of the brush?  Supplier of the treats?  I'll let you know if I think of more.
